We decided to celebrate Troy's birthday a few days early, on a day that Mike would be home all day and we could spend the whole day making it special for Troy. It was a blast!

First stop of the day - Jupiters. We had all kinds of fun with their games. And we have two kids that can join in the arcade fun now, what?!

This was the game Troy hit it big on later.

The kid hit the 1000 ticket jackpot on his first pull...

It was funny watching them play the different games. As you can see in the basketball game below, Troy may be a teensy bit competitive.

They both really enjoyed this one and it was hilarious watching them play each other.

At the end of the day, Troy was eligible for some legit prizes. He picked this classic fishing game "for the family" so we could all play together later.

We planned to have pizza at Jupiters but asked him what he wanted, and he chose a hot dog. Off to Sonic we went. Side note: eating outside without heavy coats for our kid's December birthday? Score. This is the closest he'll get to an "outside party" I think.

Later on we had a fantastic group of friends over for some dragon cake and playtime. Shout out to all my friends who took the time to bring their children to celebrate with us on a busy Sunday afternoon to make such a very special day for our Troy!

Party attendees - Cohen, Ben, Liam, Benjamin, Alex.

After worship and dinner at church, we headed back home for some game time before we turned in. I think this counts as our first family game night. Even Cass is able to play the fish game well. Can't wait to have many more!
